So we had flooding this weekend in Kansas. These are pictures I took today when it was starting to go down. We were very lucky, we live in on the thrid floor of the apts. The bottom floors got flooded and they had to take the carpets out and were sucking it dry.
I took these pictures at Shunga trail that is by our house. There is a creek that runs along the trail and I have never seen it this big or going this fast. There were parts that the creek looked like a lake.
There have been so many families that are out of house and have had damage done. It has been a crazy weekend of a weather here in Kansas.
